Begin your wellness experience by following these tips to take full advantage of the benefits of the sauna. The sauna will help you relax and cleanse yourself of negative emotions. Through sweating, your skin will be purified and acids and toxins will be eliminated.
Take a hot shower before you enter to remove impurities from the outside environment and open your pores.
Enter the sauna for an initial cycle lasting 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how you feel.
Step out of the sauna and enjoy a cold shower (Finnish shower) or cool down with the ice fountain.
Afterwards, you can relax lying down in the relaxation area for about 10 to 15 minutes, perhaps sipping one of our detox herbal teas. You can repeat the same cycle 2 or 3 times.
